ABOUT US

As notaries, we are independent holders of a public office. At the same time, we see ourselves as service providers upholding the highest standards of quality.

HOW WE THINK

Our objective is to develop balanced arrangements that prevent avoidable disputes in the long term. With our modern office organisation, we are able to develop tailored proposals at short notice, even for complex  constellations. In doing so, we are delighted to draw on the excellent support of our highly qualified staff.

HOW WE WORK

Corporate clients have different needs to private individuals and frequently require the right spatial and logistical settings to engage in major transactions, in addition to competent legal counsel.

METICULOUS DETAIL

Our firm employs a staff of over 80. They are the backbone of everything we do. Supporting them are trainees who are learning the profession of notarial assistants.

Most of our staff are specialists who have been specially trained for work in a single-profession notary office and receive continuous further training. They are entrusted with casework to assist the notaries in their tasks. The execution of notarial deeds, namely processing after notarial certification, is particularly laborious in many cases. Our staff looks after important matters in this area especially, always under the careful supervision of the responsible notary public.

A particular staff member is assigned to each specific task. This means that this staff member is consistently able to provide information on current progress. They are often the primary contacts for our clients during the execution phase, although this also applies to the preparation of deeds.

All staff members are assigned to a particular notary, except for a few central functions. You will have access to a list of employees, their personal extensions and individual assignments.
