2 Examples of special features are if the seller (for instance as heir) has not yet been entered in the land register or if the property is to be sold/purchased under a power of attorney, or if one of the parties does not speak German. Or, are there special rights of preemption (e.g., nature conservation, harbour or forest land, water site, listed building)? Also sale by executor, insolvency administrator, custodian. But here you can also include any other arrangements or information you want to mention.
