Notaries are independent holders of a public office. Each partner therefore exercises his office on his own responsibility. Nevertheless, the notaries of our firm have a common perception of the profession. Our role model is the notary as a competent and service-oriented consultant. We demand of ourselves that we develop in all areas of work solutions which are both practical and well-founded. Our aim is to work out arrangements which are balanced and thus avoid disputes in the long term. Thanks to our modern office organization we are capable of providing tailor-made concepts at short notice even for complex assignments. For this we can rely on the assistance of our highly-qualified staff. In many areas we cooperate with lawyers, tax advisors and auditors. Most of our partners themselves worked as lawyers or as in-house counsels of large business enterprises prior to becoming a notary. We do not see ourselves as competitors but as partners of the other legal professions. Page 2
