Your notaries will explain the legal framework, record your wishes and then draft deeds that enable you and those you trust to achieve what you want within the limits of what is permitted by law. Above all, this includes general and precautionary powers of attorney, separate powers of attorney for business matters, further special powers of attorney and care and living wills. Notarial certification is not mandatory in some instances, although it does involve significant benefits such as professional advice and an enhanced guarantee of validity. In addition, you can obtain several copies of the notarial deeds that are then issued to you and the authorised representative.
